Our lambskin girth covers can be used universally with different types of girths. Lambskin girth covers can really help horses sensitive to pressure and with sensitive skin, and they help to put an end to the times of chafed girth areas. What’s more, lambskin girth covers stimulate blood circulation in the muscles and protect the girth from external influences.

  • This girth cover is crafted in lambskin and is closed all around.
  • The depth of pile is approx. 20 mm
  • Provides perfect comfort for your horse reducing pressure marks
  • Machine washable with a lambskin detergent and resistant to tumble drying
  • WERNER CHRIST HORSE products can be machine-washed at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C in the wool wash-cycle. 
  • We recommend using our WERNER CHRIST C7 laundry detergent for lambskin. It is an environmentally friendly concentrate specially developed for optimum results with our products. 
  • After the wash cycle you can dry our sheepskin items in your tumble drier (at a temperature up to 40° C) or in the fresh air. Regularly pull your sheepskin into shape while it is drying. 
  • Please note the washing instructions attached to your order.

We deliver free of charge within Germany for orders of 100 euros or more.

We have been manufacturing all our products ourselves at every stage of production for over 30 years. We do this in our own production facilities. Our own tannery is run in accordance with the strict German regulations: The factory's own in-house wastewater treatment plant, the in-house eucalyptus forest and the efficient CO2-neutral wood chip incineration plant to generate energy for our tannery are all part of our philosophy.
